According to Steve Hayman, and corroborated by this post, WebObjects is 10 years old today.

So, Happy Birthday WebObjects! Here’s hoping for ten more years!… May they be better supported and marketed. :-)

    Based on its history, at twenty years old, WebObjects will:

    • be at version 5.8
    • have negative marketing – Apple’s lawyers will send cease & desist orders to anyone mentioning it in any way
    • cost less than zero dollars – Apple will actually pay you if you use it.
